Every independent trader who has a valid VAT-number probably thinks he or she is entitled to a customer’s card at wholesaler Ets. Van Remoortel. This is not the case ! Your registration with the trade office has to state a main activity that can justify the purchase of our articles for professional goals.
Upon issuance of your identity card, a valid VAT-number and a certificate of proper activity, you will be handed a customer’s card along with your first invoice.
This customer’s card is strictly personal and has to be scanned at every visit. It is not transferable onto any third parties.
When visiting our wholesale you, as a keeper of a customer’s card, can be accompanied by no more than 2 persons.
The minimum purchase, taken into consideration for invoicing, is 125 Euro, VAT not included. You can pay in cash, by cash card or by credit card. We cannot accept cheques.
And since you are able to make your own choices, invoiced goods cannot be returned, nor can they be changed.
